The GLOBSEC Forum 2027 will take place on Sep 1 - Sep 3, 2027 in Prague. Interns must be available for the entire Forum Week (Aug 27–Sep 3, 2027) for preparation and on-site support. Some teams may start a few days earlier or later, depending on their responsibilities.

We’re looking for 100+ enthusiastic short-term interns to help on-spot few days before, and during the conference.

Find the team that fits you:

From guest care and logistics to media and side events, there’s a role for every skill set. We’ll help you find the right match during the selection process.

Conference Floor Team – Be at the heart of the action. Help prepare the stages, help with reservation process, assist attendees with navigation and support the smooth running of sessions, with a front-row view of the panel discussions.

Speakers Team – Accompany speakers throughout the Forum, make sure they’re backstage on time and keep communication flowing with the production team.

Audience / Accreditation Team – Be the first face participants meet. Before the Forum, you’ll work with the registration system; on-site, you’ll run the check-in area and badge pick-up.

Side Sessions / Bilateral Meetings Team – Beyond the main stage, dozens of bilateral meetings and closed-door or thematic discussions take place. You’ll make sure these exclusive sessions run flawlessly.

Social Events Team – Help bring the evening programme to life, including the Award Ceremony and Cocktail Reception.

Communications Team – Support media coverage of the Forum: social media, graphics, and coordination of journalists and photographers.

Who should apply?

Students and recent graduates with a strong command of English, a proactive attitude, and genuine interest in international affairs, security or event management.

Selection process

📅 Applications open: now, until January 31, 2027
📅 Selection: mainly during March-April-May (dates of Assessment Centers will be announce in late February / beginning of March 2027)
