Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking for a role where you can have a real impact on how Salesforce is used across a global organization?

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team. Based in Prague, you will be part of an international team and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders in the US and other regions, helping us continuously improve our Salesforce platform and the experience of its users.

Your main focus will be Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge. This is a hands-on role combining Salesforce administration, business analysis and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

What will you do?

• Administer and continuously improve Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Configure Salesforce functionality including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects and fields, Lightning pages, reports and dashboards.
• Support Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, queues, assignment rules, Omni-Channel routing, escalations, entitlements, milestones and service contracts.
• Help develop and improve customer portals and self-service experiences in Experience Cloud.
• Manage users, permissions, roles and sharing settings with a strong focus on security and least-privilege access.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the user experience.
• Participate in Salesforce projects from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and adoption.
• Support UAT, releases and post-release validation.
• Help maintain high data quality through imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication and data governance.
• Create documentation, process guides and training materials.
• Keep up with new Salesforce releases and recommend capabilities that could bring value to the business.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, ideally in a complex or international environment.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including permission sets, profiles, roles and sharing models.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce data management and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good English, as English will be your everyday working language.
• A collaborative mindset, independence and a genuine desire to make things work better.
• Working with our US team
• Although the position is based in Prague, you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders in the United States.
• To make this collaboration effective, we need some overlap with US working hours. This means occasional / regular availability in the late afternoon.
• We believe in flexibility and don't expect you to adjust your entire working day to US hours, but some flexibility will be important for team meetings and collaboration across time zones.

How we work
The role is based in Prague and follows our hybrid working model:
2-3 days in our Prague office, the remaining days can be worked remotely flexibility to combine office and home working based on team needs
