Pracovní nabídka

Product Sales Leader

Great technology deserves a great commercial strategy. And that's where you come in.

We're looking for a Product Sales Leader who will take commercial ownership of an assigned product line within our Electron Microscopy Business Unit, driving sales growth while protecting and sustaining profitability.

This is more than a sales role. You'll have a real say in which opportunities we pursue, how we position our products, and how we grow our Electron Microscopy business. Together with sales network you'll connect technology, customers, and commercial strategy - making decisions that directly shape the success of our Electron Microscopy business.

We'd ideally love to have you based in the Czech Republic, close to our headquarters in Brno. However, we're also open to candidates working from our Tescan locations in the UK, France, Belgium, or Germany.

What You'll Do

• Own the numbers and the strategy. Take responsibility for sales growth, order intake, and profitability of your product line.

• Choose the opportunities that matter. Evaluate commercial potential, prioritize the right deals, and make decisions that create long-term business value.

• Turn insights into action. Keep a close eye on revenue, margins, pipeline quality, and market trends, and know when to adjust course.

• Make complex technology commercially compelling. Partner with local sales teams to win strategic opportunities through product expertise and competitive insights.

• Connect the dots across the business. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production to align commercial ambitions with business capabilities.

• Shape future demand. Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives that create new opportunities and strengthen our market position.

• Keep us one step ahead. Drive accurate sales forecasts, business reviews, and demand planning to help the business make smarter decisions.

What You'll Bring

• You have a commercial mindset and a strategic eye. You see the bigger picture but know how to turn plans into measurable results.

• You understand what makes a deal worth pursuing, from pricing and margins to profitability and long-term value.

• You've gained experience in strategic sales, commercial product management, or product marketing, ideally in a technical or scientific environment.

• You're comfortable with complex technologies and longer sales cycles. A background in electron microscopy would be a great advantage.

• You know how to bring people together across functions, even when priorities differ.

• You combine data-driven thinking with sound commercial judgment and aren't afraid to make decisions.

• You communicate with clarity, negotiate with confidence, and build trust with colleagues and customers alike.

• You take ownership, challenge assumptions constructively, and look for opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear.

What Tescan Can Offer You

• Work with purpose - your ideas and skills help shape discoveries that matter.

• A community that grows together - collaborate with colleagues across the world and find long-term opportunities here.

• Support along the way - whether relocating, starting fresh, or exploring new roles, we make your journey smoother.

• A place you'll enjoy - our Brno offices are surrounded by forest, in a city known for culture, family life, and friendly energy.

• Benefits that give you back - financial bonuses, flexible perks worth up to 24,000 CZK/year (Benefit Plus), meal allowance, free coffee, mobile tarif, language courses.

• Time that's yours - 5 weeks of vacation, 2 sick days, 1 volunteering day.

The benefits listed above apply to positions based in the Czech Republic. For colleagues based in the UK, France, Belgium, or Germany, the local benefits package will apply.
