Would you like to independently develop your sales territory, support customers over the long term, and successfully manage demanding investment projects? Then join the Christ Group and actively shape the growth of our car wash business in Bohemia.

For our subsidiary in Pilsen, Czech Republic, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager (m/f/d) Car Wash Systems – Field Sales Bohemia (Czech Republic).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support an existing customer base within the assigned sales territory, with the goal of generating repeat business and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Continuously develop your sales territory through acquisition activities and direct outreach to new prospective customers.
• Provide customers with both commercial and technical consulting.
• Actively expand the customer network and acquire new business, particularly among fuel stations, automotive workshops, and transportation companies, while continuously monitoring market trends and developments.
• Regularly participate in training and professional development programs and report directly to Sales Management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Dedicated and assertive sales professional with a minimum of five years of experience in selling complex technical capital equipment, ideally with industry-related experience relevant to the target customer group.
• Completed technical education or training (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechatronics, or similar) combined with strong business and commercial knowledge.
• Fluent Czech and English language skills. German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service and motivated to actively expand and develop a professional network within the target market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills, clear goal orientation, and a high level of self-organization and personal drive.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ideally, you reside within the sales territory.
