STOCK SUPPORT ASSISTANT (m/f/x)

Join our CHANEL Boutique team in Prague.

We are looking for a Stock Support Assistant (m/f/x) to join our team and provide temporary support to our Stock operations.

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the stock area, helping to keep the warehouse well organized and ensuring an efficient flow of products within the Boutique.

This is a temporary position from 1 January to 31 May 2027. We are ideally looking for someone available full-time (8 hours per day), but we are also open to a part-time arrangement (4 hours per day). The working day starts at 8:00 a.m.

YOUR ROLE:

• Handling incoming and outgoing shipments on a daily basis
• Keeping the warehouse organized and ensuring products are stored carefully and correctly
• Receiving, recording and organizing packaging materials
• Supporting regular stock counts and inventory checks
• Assisting with product packaging and preparations related to sales fulfilment
• Providing day-to-day operational support to the Stock and Boutique teams

YOUR PROFILE:

• Previous experience in stock, warehouse, logistics or a similar operational role is an advantage, but not essential
• Organized, reliable and hands-on approach
• Strong attention to detail and care when handling luxury products
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure, particularly during peak periods
• Good communication skills in Czech and English
