Well-established group of real estate development companies with several housing projects in the vicinity of Prague is looking for a Cash flow specialist to join its team.

Description:

• prepare and review project budgets, cash flows

• support with financial plans and cash flow overviews

• keep track on project expenses and make sure they match the planned budget and cash flows

• work closely with project managers and learn how financial processes work in development

• prepare financial summaries for the team

• communicate with external partners when needed (accountants, banks, consultants)

Requirements:

• university degree in economics, finance or related field

• interest in finance and working with numbers

• experience with cash flow at least 3 years

• experience with spreadsheets (Excel or similar)

• English at least at B2 level, written and verbal

• reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn

• Group B driving licence, active driver
