We’re looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with initial experience in customer service or sales who would like to build on their skills and gain further experience in customer communication and relationship management.

You’ll be in regular contact with customers, helping them with their needs, keeping them engaged, and supporting activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.

What will you do?

• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Help customers with their questions and everyday needs.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
• Learn to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist with customer retention campaigns, including Win Back activities.
• Support the team in maintaining customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Keep customer information and records up to date.
• Work towards individual and team targets with support from your colleagues.

What are we looking for?

• Availability to work the Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00, five days a week, with two days off. Weekend and public holiday work is required. The schedule is provided at least one month in advance.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable and proactive attitude.
• Basic commercial awareness and an interest in working with customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow established processes.
