We are looking for a Biochemist to join our team at Bene Meat.

About the Role

In this role, you will analyze cellular function, metabolic pathways, and biochemical profiles to advance our cell-cultured meat development.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience assessing mitochondrial respiration and glycolytic function assays
• Proficiency in plate-reader-based assays
• Expertise in sample preparation and extraction protocols for analytical profiling
• Aseptic mammalian cell culture
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret quantitative biochemical data
• A passion for being part of a new technology
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with stable isotope tracking and computational flux balance analysis to map intracellular metabolic pathways
• Familiarity with targeted or untargeted lipidomics, or combining metabolomic data with transcriptomic and proteomic datasets
