We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Solutions Team and help accelerate growth in our rooftop and ground‑mounted photovoltaic and battery storage projects.

To support the growth of our sales team in this division, we are seeking a results-driven professional with a passion for winning new clients and securing high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company goals and evolving market trends
• Proactive identifying and acquiring new clients in the commercial, industrial, and small utility sectors for the construction of photovoltaic power plants and battery energy storage systems
• Leading the full sales process from initial outreach and qualification through technical and commercial proposal, negotiation, and contract signing
• Working closely with Engineering and Project teams to design optimal system configurations and ensure proposal accuracy
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with developers, investors, utilities, and key decision-makers
• Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities
• Monitoring market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities related to PV and BESS project development
• Providing input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and potential partnerships
• Coordinating with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless project handover into the execution phase
• Forecasting sales performance and contributing to annual business planning

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of sales experience managing the full B2B/B2C sales cycle in energy or construction or real estate field
• Solid understanding of photovoltaic systems and battery energy storage technologies
• Familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX principles and pricing methodologies
• Professional working proficiency in Czech and English
• Active driver with a willingness to travel
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM system
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
• Proactive, self-driven, and strongly results-oriented mindset
