About Liiiv

Liiiv is a new venture built by Creative Dock, one of the largest independent corporate venture builders in Europe and MENA. Creative Dock has launched 120+ ventures across 40+ markets over 13 years, for brands including Adidas, Allianz and Deutsche Bank. Liiiv changes how singles in Prague meet. Instead of swiping, they meet at small, moderated, real-life meetups (Liiiv Singles). We're an early-stage, fast-moving team building the brand, the product and the community from the ground up.

The role

You'll work full-time on Liiiv as the person who owns how the brand looks, sounds and shows up online. You'll come up with content ideas, shoot and edit them, write the words that go with them, and publish them. Today our content across social, ads, website and app is inconsistent and under-resourced. This role fixes that with one owner, one voice and a steady flow of content people want to watch and share.

What you'll do

Ideas & social

• Own our organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including the content calendar and posting schedule
• Come up with content formats, series and campaign ideas, and spot trends early enough to act on them
• Turn what happens at our meetups into content: stories, moments and real people (with their consent)
• Track what performs and use it to shape what you make next

Production

• Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), mostly mobile-first and fast-turnaround
• Create static and carousel posts, stories and simple motion graphics
• Brief and coordinate UGC creators, influencers and freelancers, and review what they deliver
• Produce ad creatives with the growth team for Meta, Google and new channels

Copy

• Write copy in Czech and English for social, ads, the website, the app store listing and in-app screens
• Write video scripts and hooks, plus email and push notification copy across the user lifecycle
• Apply SEO best practices to web and app content, and build toward GEO (how AI tools like ChatGPT surface Liiiv)
• Keep the brand voice consistent across every format and both languages

What we're looking for

• A portfolio of social content you created and produced yourself, not only written copy
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Proven experience running organic social channels and growing them
• Strong copywriting skills across formats: hooks, scripts, ad copy, short-form and long-form
• Comfort with design tools such as Canva or Figma
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Self-starter who can go from idea to published post on your own

Nice to have

• Comfortable on camera, or happy to be the face of the content when needed
• Experience with a dating, social, events or lifestyle consumer app
• Experience scripting and directing UGC or influencer content
• Working knowledge of SEO, plus familiarity with GEO / AI search visibility
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
