As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for our internal users when they need help with their IT equipment, applications, access or connectivity.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our internal IT environment. This is a hands-on role combining hardware support, user support, troubleshooting and basic IT administration across Windows and macOS environments.

You will support colleagues across the organization, including technical and business teams such as Development, Product, Operations, Payments and Marketing. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and provide a reliable IT service to our employees.

What you will do?

• Provide first and second-line technical support to internal users.
• Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment for new and existing employees.
• Set up user accounts, access rights and required applications according to internal procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS workstations, peripherals, printers and other end-user equipment.
• Support users with Microsoft Office and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and perform basic network diagnostics.
• Perform basic administration and troubleshooting related to Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Install, configure and maintain approved applications, antivirus/endpoint protection and other authorized software.
• Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades and replacement of IT equipment.
• Support the deployment and configuration of desktops, laptops and other end-user devices.
• Coordinate with vendor support contacts when technical issues require external assistance.
• Record incidents and requests in the ticketing system and follow up to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate internal or external teams when they cannot be resolved within the IT Support scope.
• Contribute to IT-related projects and improvements supporting the smooth operation of the internal IT environment.

What we are looking for?

• 1–4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, IT Technician or a similar end-user support role.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential, as English is the primary language of communication at Numeto.
• Good practical knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals and common end-user issues.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and networking.
• Experience with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of macOS is an advantage.
• Experience with enterprise applications and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to users with different levels of technical knowledge.
• A hands-on and proactive approach to solving problems.
• Willingness to work on-site in an 8-hour rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 operations (morning, afternoon and night shifts).

• You do not need to be an expert in every technology listed below. We are looking for a solid IT support foundation and the ability to troubleshoot and learn.

• Ticketing systems and SLA-based support
• Relevant technical certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL or similar are welcome, but practical experience and a hands-on approach are more important to us.
