V současné době pracuje ve společnosti 50 zaměstnanců a vzhledem k novým projektům je plánován další nárůst výroby i zaměstnanců.

Harimatec Czech, s.r.o., based in Klecany, is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Factory Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Oversight
· Set and communicate clear goals, KPIs, and expectations to department managers, and monitor their execution.
· Develop operational strategies that support the achievement of company objectives.
· Support and guide department managers in prioritizing tasks and projects.
Resource and Budget Management
· Oversee the annual budget and manage costs and resources effectively across all departments to safeguard the company’s financial health.
· Collaborate with department managers to ensure the optimal use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
· Review expenditure against approved budgets and recommend adjustments as needed to achieve agreed targets.
Operational Management
· Ensure seamless collaboration among the Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Regulatory departments, as well as effective communication with other departments across the company.
· Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and delivery timelines to meet customer and business requirements.
· Facilitate effective problem-solving and decision-making when cross-functional issues arise.
· Oversee the overall management of the plant and facilities, including maintenance and 5S housekeeping standards.
Compliance and Safety
· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and occupational health and safety requirements.
· Work with department managers to continuously improve safety measures and maintain a safe working environment.
· Stay up to date with relevant regulatory changes and adjust internal processes accordingly.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community and coordinate communication with the relevant authorities.
· Hold overall responsibility for the environmental management system (EMS) and waste management.
Continuous Improvement
· Apply lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methodologies.
· Promote and support process-optimization initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce waste.
· Track and report on improvement projects and their impact on overall plant performance.
Leadership and Team Development
· Provide department managers with coaching, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
· Foster a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
· Identify training needs at all levels and, in cooperation with HR, support ongoing professional development.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
· Regularly review departmental performance indicators, including safety, productivity, delivery, and cost, and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Prepare consolidated performance reports that highlight achievements, challenges, and action plans.
· Ensure transparent and effective communication across all departments.
Candidate requirements:
Secondary or university education in economics or a technical field.
At least three years of experience in a comparable role within a manufacturing company.
Experience in the chemical industry is required.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 19011, and applicable customer requirements.
Advanced English proficiency, including the ability to communicate in English on a daily basis.
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
