HR Project Manager - Payroll & Time Attendance

We’re currently looking for 2 experienced Project Managers to support a major Payroll & Time transformation programme for a leading international pharmaceutical organisation in Prague.

Location: Prague
Salary: approx. 100,000 CZK/month

This is a hands-on transformation role focused on the implementation of a new Payroll and Time & Attendance vendor across the Czech organisation.

You’ll take ownership of the country-level implementation from discovery and transition planning through design, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilisation.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading the end-to-end Payroll & Time vendor transition project
• Managing the integrated implementation plan, milestones, dependencies and critical path
• Coordinating Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR/P&O, Finance, Tax, IT and external vendors
• Managing RAID logs, governance, decisions and executive-level project reporting
• Coordinating requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design
• Overseeing data migration, integrations and data-quality remediation
• Leading SIT, UAT, regression testing and payroll parallel runs
• Managing cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare
• Ensuring effective knowledge transfer, documentation and project closure

What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong Project Management experience within large-scale transformation programmes
✔ Practical understanding of Payroll and/or Time & Attendance processes
✔ Experience managing vendor implementations or vendor transitions
✔ Strong stakeholder management across business, HR, Finance and IT teams
✔ Experience with testing, data migration, integrations, cutover and go-live activities
✔ Confident working with senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional international teams
✔ Fluent English

Additional information:
