We are looking for a motivated

IT Manager / IT & Technology Manager

who enjoys technology, likes solving everyday problems and is interested in developing their career in IT within an international business environment.

We are looking for someone with good IT knowledge, a practical mindset, curiosity and the willingness to learn. You will work with our management team, employees and external IT partners and gradually take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.

What You Will Do

Your role will focus on the practical technology needs of the company, including:

• Define IT infrastructure strategy (based on company vision & strategy) architecture, and processes
• Manage information technology, computer systems, company websites and digital platforms
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and other business applications
• Assisting with Apple and Windows devices
• Coordinating with external IT, software and technology providers
• Maintain company hardware, software and IT inventory
• Ensure security of data, network access, server, cloud and backup activities
• Implement new software and technology solutions
• Testing and introducing productivity and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
• Helping employees understand and use new technologies
• Identifying simple opportunities to improve everyday business processes through technology
• Cooperate with supplier companies and control the quality and price of supplies and services
• Supporting IT-related projects across the Group
• Identify problematic areas, audit systems, and assess their outcomes and implement strategic solutions in time
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

What We Are Looking For

We are more interested in your potential, attitude and willingness to learn than in having a long list of certifications or management experience.

Ideally, you have:

• 3+ years of experience in IT management, systems or technology administration, or a similar role
• A university degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical IT experience
• Experience with Azure, VMware, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar
• Understanding of Windows and/or Apple environments
• Understanding of networks, cloud technologies and cybersecurity
• Interest in AI, automation and new technology
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with non-technical colleagues
• Good organizational skills and a responsible approach to work
• Good written and spoken Czech and English
• Experience with Intune, Apple Business Manager, is an advantage
