Are you a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and building long-term customer relationships?

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team and take ownership of your own customer portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong customer focus with a commercial mindset and enjoys creating meaningful, personalized interactions.

You won’t simply be answering customer questions — you’ll get to know your customers, understand what they need and actively work on keeping them engaged and satisfied.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing your own portfolio of customers.
• Building strong, long-term relationships through regular communication.
• Staying in touch with customers via phone and email.
• Identifying customer needs and providing a personalized approach.
• Supporting targeted campaigns and customer retention activities, including Win Back initiatives.
• Creating opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
• Working towards individual and team targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Bringing your own ideas and approach to improve the overall customer experience.

What are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales or a similar role.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset combined with a commercial approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Reliability, responsibility and a strong sense of ownership.
• The ability to work towards targets and manage priorities effectively.
• Availability to work exclusively on the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00 - 5 days ON/ 2 days OFF - Including weekends and bank holidays. Schedule available at least 1 month prior.
