We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for the Customer Care Representative in our TBS Biometrics team in Brno, Czech Republic.

This is not a purely administrative customer care role. You’ll take ownership of customer requests from order to delivery, communicate directly with international customers, and work closely with our Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams to make things happen.

As our Customer Care Representative, you will be a central player in ensuring seamless customer experiences—from order processing and documentation to shipping coordination and invoicing. You’ll work closely with teams in Switzerland and the Czech Republic and customers over the globe, ensuring transparent communication, operational efficiency, and a smooth, reliable order to delivery lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

• Communicate directly with international customers on a daily basis, both in writing and verbally.
• Process customer orders and issue quotations and order confirmations.
• Prepare certificates and transport documentation.
• Coordinate shipments, communicate with freight forwarders and arrange transportation.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Work closely with and support our international Sales team.
• Handle customer RMAs, including RMA order processing and shipping.
• Cooperate closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.
• Take ownership of customer requests and proactively follow them through to resolution.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, logistics, shipping, or customer support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and issuing transport documentation (e.g., certificates, AWB, B/L, CMR).
• Proven background in invoicing and coordination with finance and logistics teams.
• Experience handling RMA processes — managing returns and warranty orders.

Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, including advanced Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, formulas).
• Solid understanding of logistics processes: shipment coordination, tracking, and communication with carriers.
• Ability to prepare and issue certificates and shipping documents.

Soft skills:

• Confident and comfortable communicating directly with international customers and our Sales team, both in writing and verbally. You are not afraid to pick up the phone, ask questions, follow up and drive matters to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, capable of interacting effectively with both customers and internal teams.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage an order through the full cycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in navigating shipping issues, order discrepancies, and persistent follow‑up.
• Willingness and ability to work closely with Sales, Finance, and the Supply Chain across departments.
• Skilled in managing customer requests throughout the full sales cycle and actively driving them to resolution.

Education:

• Secondary/Vocational or tertiary education in logistics, business, economics, or a related field is a plus.

Personality:

• Highly proactive, hands-on and driven, with a strong sense of ownership and a natural tendency to take initiative and get things done.
• Independent, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Czech language is an advantage.
