Our Food & Beverage Team

Our Food & Beverage Team creates memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and thoughtful service. As part of our In-Room Dining team, you’ll bring that experience directly to guests in the comfort of their rooms.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Room Service Waiter / Waitress to join our team.

You’ll take and deliver food and beverage orders, making sure each interaction is warm, efficient, and in keeping with Andaz Prague’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by phone and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Answer questions about menu items and accommodate guest requests where possible.
• Set up and deliver orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
• Present orders attractively and explain any relevant details to guests.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns courteously.
• Clear trays and trolleys from guest floors and maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
• Follow Hyatt service standards, food safety requirements, and hygiene regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• A friendly, professional manner and strong communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous restaurant, hotel, or room service experience is an advantage.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information

This is a guest-facing operational role within the hotel’s Food & Beverage team, serving guests in their rooms.

Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays, to provide attentive service to our guests.
