Junior Marketing Specialist – B2B

We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Specialist to join a B2B environment and grow into a broader marketing role.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who already has some marketing experience and, most importantly, has ideas and wants to make things happen. We are not looking for someone who simply waits for a brief or completes assigned tasks. We want someone who looks around, sees opportunities for improvement, comes up with ideas and enjoys taking them all the way through to execution.

What you will do

• Come up with ideas for B2B marketing activities, content and communication and help turn them into reality.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, brochures and other business-facing content.
• Write and prepare newsletters and other regular communication for clients, partners and the wider business community.
• Create and update content for websites, digital channels and marketing materials.
• Support marketing activities connected with individual real estate projects and commercial initiatives.
• Help organise B2B events, meetings and other industry activities and be actively involved in their execution.
• Work with external agencies and suppliers and make sure projects move forward and are delivered.
• Look at existing marketing activities and continuously think about what could be improved, changed or done differently.
• Take ownership of smaller marketing projects and drive them independently from idea to delivery.
• Work closely with colleagues from different parts of the business and gradually develop a strong understanding of the real estate business and its commercial side.

Who we are looking for

• You may already have some experience in B2B marketing, communications or content, but you do not need to come from real estate. We are looking for someone who is curious about the sector and genuinely wants to understand how the business works.
• You are naturally proactive. When you have an idea, you don't just suggest it – you enjoy figuring out how to make it happen. You are hands-on, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for getting things finished.
• You enjoy writing and creating content, particularly newsletters and B2B communication, and have a very good command of English. You should be comfortable writing and editing marketing copy in English, not simply communicating conversationally.
• You also understand that B2B marketing is there to support the business. Marketing is not an isolated function – it should help commercial teams communicate with clients and partners, support business development and contribute to the company's wider objectives.
• Previous real estate experience is not required. What matters is that you are interested in learning about real estate, want to understand the commercial logic behind it and are curious about the people, projects and businesses operating within the sector.
