Sourcing Specialist with CZ and EN

What will you do?

• Support sourcing and procurement activities for finished goods suppliers
• Participate in supplier selection, RFQs, price comparisons, and negotiations
• Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost
• Support new product development projects with cross-functional teams
• Help implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and R&D teams
• Ensure accuracy of supplier, pricing, and contract data

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations
• Interest in developing a career in sourcing and supplier management
• Experience from an international FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English and Czech
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proactive and hands-on approach
