Are you a passionate retail leader with a strong commercial mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences?

At Baťa we are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead and develop our retail store network across the Czech Republic. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, people development, customer satisfaction, and retail growth. Working closely with local and European teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future success of our business.

Your Responsibilities

· Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and retail teams across the Czech Republic.

· Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence throughout the store network.

· Monitor and analyze KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Ensure outstanding customer experience through excellent service, visual merchandising, and strong store operations.

· Foster a high-performance culture based on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Partner with Merchandising teams to optimize stock levels, product allocation, and store performance.

· Support store expansion projects, new openings, and maintain effective landlord relationships.

You Are the Right Fit If You

· Have 10+ years of retail experience, including multi-site management.

· Are a true retail professional with a strong passion for sales, customers, and business growth.

· Have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while leading others.

· Enjoy developing people and building high-performing teams.

· Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.

· Keep up with retail, consumer, and fashion trends.

· Are fluent in Czech and English.

· Are willing to travel regularly across the Czech Republic.
