Your role as Accounts Receivable Associate 
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind healthy cash flow - keeping stores and franchise partners on track with clear, timely reporting.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Brno office, with three days a week on-site.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Allocating incoming payments
• Following up on, and reconciling outstanding balances
• Preparing monthly reports for stores to track and follow up
• Executing monthly closing bookings and reconciliations
• Creating manual invoices when needed
• Helping out with interim and annual audits to make sure everything runs efficiently
• Tracking, clearing and reconciling commission balances

Who we think you are

• You have a background in finance or accounting (ACCA or similar certification is a plus).
• You understand accounting principles and have experience with tools like SAP, VIC, MS Excel, Blackline or Power BI.
• You’re fluent in English – a Nordic language is a big bonus.
• You’re organized, reliable, and great at prioritizing tasks.
• Deadlines don’t scare you – you handle them like a pro.
• You explain complex things clearly, whether you’re talking to teammates or clients.
