At Actum, we help companies improve how they sell, serve and engage with their customers. We design and deliver digital solutions that connect CRM, customer experience, integrations, data, analytics and AI.

Our CRM Sales team works mainly with manufacturing, distribution and technology companies. We support clients from the first project through continuous development, support and expansion into other areas of their digital ecosystem.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who can win new clients and grow existing relationships. Your main focus will be Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, while also identifying opportunities across Actum’s wider portfolio of services.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• New business is your primary focus. You will identify, open and win new clients while also developing selected existing accounts.
• You will manage a portfolio of mid-market and upper-mid-market B2B clients across Czechia, DACH and Switzerland, mainly in manufacturing, distribution and technology.
• You will build a strong pipeline of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform opportunities and work closely with our delivery teams to shape the right solution.
• You will look beyond the first project and identify opportunities for continuous development, SLA, platform takeover and other Actum services.
• You will work closely with Microsoft account teams, turning co-sell and partner opportunities into real business.
• You will manage the commercial side of your accounts — contracts, rates, change requests, billable hours and invoicing.
• You will take ownership of client relationships and address commercial topics early, before they become problems.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally within or alongside the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Good understanding of CRM and Microsoft business applications, particularly Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Power Platform.
• Experience with project-based technology sales and an understanding of SaaS licensing and partner business models.
• A strong track record in stakeholder management, account development and growing client relationships.
• An existing network within Microsoft and experience working with Microsoft account teams on co-sell opportunities.
• Proven results in growing accounts and winning new business — and the ability to explain how you achieved them.
• A strong sense of ownership. You know when to push an opportunity forward, when to involve others and when to walk away.
• Commercial confidence. You are comfortable discussing rates, scope changes, contracts and other difficult commercial topics with clients.

• You hand opportunities over to delivery rather than staying commercially involved.
• You avoid difficult commercial conversations.
• You have little experience with account planning or complex technology projects.
• You need close day-to-day management to move your pipeline forward.
