Join Korn Ferry’s Global Reward Services team as an Associate Consultant and support some of our largest multinational clients.

What will you do?

• You will manage reward data collection activities for multinational clients, primarily headquartered in North America. To stay connected with our clients across time zones, you'll work afternoon and evening shifts until 10:00 PM about 3-4 times per week.
• Build relationships with client contacts ranging from Analysts to Regional and Global Reward Leaders.
• Lead client webinars and meetings on data collection processes and Korn Ferry tools.
• Provide excellent client support, respond to queries, and help clients meet key deadlines.
• Prepare data collection materials, coordinate submissions, and perform ad hoc analysis.
• Collaborate with international Advisory, Commercial, and operational teams.
• Keep client activities and communication accurately tracked in our systems.
• Contribute to the growth and quality of KF Pay, Korn Ferry’s global compensation database.

How do you know you’re the right person for the job and that you’ll enjoy the work?

Experience in Consulting, HR, or benefits is advantageous.

A degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Previous experience working with data, particularly data capturing, ensuring data accuracy, and handling confidential information.

The ability to develop an internal network of relationships and proactively share best practices and learnings.

Excellent communication skills, with written and verbal fluency in English (a must!), other language will be considered an advantage 😉
