Your role as Operations Associate

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take on an important role as Operations Associate in our Operations team, with plenty of room to grow.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handle daily invoice processing and approvals with accuracy, using SAP and VIC.AI
• Match invoices to freight orders and help resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and transporters to sort out pricing queries, within agreed timelines
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and regular reporting
• Spot technical issues early and help us keep improving how we work
• Grow with us – as you settle in, you’ll take on new tasks and broaden your scope across Operations

Who we think you are

• You’re fluent in English – a Nordic language is a big bonus.
• You’re organized and reliable.
• You have basic computer skills and are comfortable with using MS Excel.
• Deadlines don’t scare you – you handle them like a pro.
• Experience in supply chain and/or aftersales is a plus.
• Experience with tools like SAP, VIC.AI, or Power BI is an advantage too.
• Most of all, you’re curious, adaptable, and ready to grow with us.
