We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and strategic Senior Brand Media Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and growth through an efficient, effective, and insight-led media strategy.

The successful candidate will lead and support the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of large-scale brand-building campaigns across traditional and digital media channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including defining media and communication strategies, driving best practices across markets, and leveraging data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and effectiveness.

You will work closely with local and central teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong media planning and execution, while fostering consistency, innovation, and best practice across markets.

Your mission:

• Lead the global media planning and buying for foodora across all media channels (ATL, Online Branding, Influencers)
• Analyze performance, consolidate learnings and present results to key decision makers to help shape media strategy
• Engage with local and regional Marketing teams to conduct deep dives & translate results into actionable recommendations
• Work closely with other internal departments and drive marketing strategy for our brands. This includes cross-functional projects on topics like creative & content strategy, campaigns, pricing, subscription models or cross-channel measurement

Qualifications

• You ideally have 6+ relevant experience in Marketing and/or Media Buying & Planning
• Experience in FMCG, Tech and/or media agency is a big plus
• You are analytical, logical thinking and have advanced knowledge ROI measurement
• You are a strategic problem solver who can define and assess challenges, and communicate back to stakeholder in a clear and concise way
• You have high interest and experience in leading cross-functional projects
• Your self-organization keep you always on top of your tasks
• You are a hands-on team player with good relationship building skills
• Excited to learn and try out new things
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
