Sales Coordinator for the Czech Market

AllinTraders is expanding into the Czech market, and we are looking for someone who can help us build sales from the ground up. We are looking for a native Czech speaker who wants to play a real role in developing a new market.

Who are we looking for?

• A native Czech speaker,
• Proficiency in Polish or English,
• A communicative, independent, and results-oriented person,
• Someone who can identify sales opportunities and is not afraid of building something from scratch,
• Experience in sales, telesales, call center, or business development.

What will your responsibilities include?
Your goal will be to build and grow AllinTraders’ sales in the Czech market.

In practice, you will:

• Get to know the Czech market and the needs of local customers,
• Introduce our educational and mentoring products to the Czech market,
• Conduct sales conversations,
• Build and develop telesales operations for the Czech market based on our proven tools and methods,
• Test different ways of reaching customers and scale the ones that work,
• Work with our CRM and monitor performance,
• Meet KPIs and sales targets,
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams in Poland,
• Have the opportunity to coordinate and develop a sales team for the Czech market.

AllinTraders operates in the field of education and mentoring related to investing and trading. We also work with partners from the financial and investment industries.

Our sales model is based, among other things, on contacting people who have already expressed an interest in investing—for example, by signing up for workshops or training sessions or by leaving their contact details.
