We are currently looking for an experienced HR / People Operations Team Lead to join an international organisation in Prague and take overall responsibility for Hire to Retire activities for Germany.

What will you be responsible for?

• Overall ownership of Hire to Retire activities for Germany
• Leading, supporting and developing the H2R team
• Ensuring smooth delivery of onboarding, employee lifecycle and offboarding processes
• Managing escalations and complex HR cases
• Supporting HR transformation, process improvement and system projects
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
• Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, P&O Operations and international stakeholders
• Ensuring key HR and payroll deadlines are met

What are we looking for?

• Several years of experience within HR Operations / People Operations / Hire to Retire
• Previous team leadership experience
• Experience in an international / matrix organisation
• Strong project and process management skills
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• University degree
• Fluent German and English
