For our client, one of the leading investment groups operating accross Europe, we are searching for an outstanding & flexible HR Project Manager - HR Business Partner

The responsibilities of the new colleague: support and coordination of selected HR processes across portfolio companies.

Thia will include, but will not be limited to:

· End-to-end coordination of recruitment and selection processes, with a particular focus on key management and critical positions within portfolio companies.

· Acting as a key contact person for portfolio company HR Directors and supporting effective communication, coordination and alignment between portfolio companies and the Private Equity team.

· Providing active support in the HR oversight of portfolio companies, based on the professional guidance and priorities defined by the relevant Private Equity colleagues.

· Supporting the preparation and management of executive and senior management-level documentation

· Coordinating and supporting group-level HR initiatives, including organisational development activities, organisational changes, restructuring projects and other transformation initiatives when required.

· Supporting the oversight and coordination of HR-related compliance matters across portfolio companies, including requirements related to GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

· Preparing and consolidating HR-related reports, analyses and updates for the Private Equity team and management.

· Supporting the handling of employment law matters in cooperation with internal and external legal teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations, policies and documentation requirements.

The ideal candidate:

· 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar role. Experience supporting multiple entities, business units or portfolio companies is a strong advantage. Ideal profile from Big4 - for example Consultant Human Capital Advisory, HR internal audit project role etc.

· Strong experience in recruitment and selection processes, including hiring for specialist, managerial and key positions.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

· Confident, proactive and solution-oriented personality with strong ownership, professional humility, dedication to delivering high-quality work and willingness to continuously learn.

· BA or higher degree

· Fluent and professional Czech AND English in speaking and writing

· Advanced user of MS Office applications

. Flexibility to travel to HQ (Europe) first year/6 months + visiting portfolio companies in the CZ or abroad /Europe, CEE
