Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role with broad exposure across financial reporting, planning, and project controlling? We are seeking a proactive and independent Financial Controller to support business operations in an international environment and act as a key partner to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting and forecasting activities
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable business insights
• Manage cash flow reporting and planning activities
• Lead project controlling and profitability analysis
• Prepare management reports and support reporting to international stakeholders
• Coordinate with external accounting providers and support closing activities
• Monitor receivables and payables
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting optimization initiatives
• Partner closely with management and operational teams on financial matters

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling or a similar finance role
• Strong knowledge of finance, controlling, and accounting principles
• Experience with project controlling and financial performance analysis
• Proven background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
• English at an advanced level (C1)
• Fluent Czech or Slovak language skills
