As Vita Pop grows across Europe, we’re looking for two people to join our Creator Partnerships & PR team in Prague, each focused on a different group of markets:

Austria 🇦🇹, the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Czechia 🇨🇿, Slovakia 🇸🇰

You’ll help us discover the right creators, build meaningful relationships and turn those relationships into collaborations people actually notice.

If your TikTok and Instagram feeds double as market research, you have an eye for emerging talent and you’re always curious about what’s gaining momentum next, keep reading.

What you’ll do

✨ Discover creators, rising talent and new opportunities in your markets.
✨ Build long-term relationships with creators, influencers, agencies and talent managers.
✨ Manage collaborations from first outreach and negotiation through to execution.
✨ Help create influencer campaigns, gifting concepts, PR moments, launches and creator events.
✨ Stay close to local culture, social trends and what’s gaining momentum online.
✨ Occasionally jump into content creation from our Prague office — filming TikToks, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, brainstorming ideas or appearing in content when it feels natural.
✨ Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other emerging platforms to research, brainstorm, work faster and improve how we approach creator partnerships and marketing.

This is NOT a traditional social media manager role. You won’t be responsible for running Vita Pop’s Instagram or TikTok day to day, managing the full content calendar or replying to comments.

Your main focus is creator partnerships, influencer marketing, PR and relationships.

That said, you need to be genuinely active on social media yourself. You should understand TikTok and Instagram culture, know what makes content work and feel comfortable occasionally creating content with the team.

Who we’re looking for

🇦🇹🇳🇱 Austria & Netherlands

♡ Fluent German and English.
♡ Excited to deeply understand the Austrian and Dutch creator scenes.
♡ Dutch is a big plus, but not required.

🇨🇿🇸🇰 Czechia & Slovakia

♡ Fluent Czech or Slovak and comfortable working in English.
♡ Strong interest in the Czech and Slovak creator scenes.

For both roles

♡ You’re genuinely active on TikTok, Instagram and social media.
♡ You have a strong instinct for creators, culture and emerging trends.
♡ You’re great with people and know how to build real relationships.
♡ You understand that influencer marketing is more than sending 100 identical DMs.
♡ You’re proactive, organized and comfortable owning projects.
♡ You’re comfortable using AI as part of your everyday work and curious about new tools that can make you smarter and faster.

Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, PR, talent management, content creation or brand collaborations is a big plus — but strong instincts, energy and cultural awareness matter just as much.
