Customer Service Specialist (Regions – Canada, USA, Latin America)

For our client, an international company building a new customer service team for the American market, we are seeking Customer Service Specialists. This role provides comprehensive B2B support with a high degree of independence, coordination, and responsibility.

Location: Prague

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (to cover American time zones). Fixed schedule with no shift rotation, no weekends, and no on-call duties. Work from home 2–3 days per week.

Start Date: January 2027

Key Responsibilities:

● Customer Care & Communication: Handling daily communication with customers in the US and other regions via email and phone.

● End-to-End Order Management: Processing and managing orders for parts as well as complex technical components.

● Coordination & Logistics: Working closely with the sales team, logistics center,
installation and service technicians, and carriers throughout the entire order
fulfillment process.

● Handling Non-Standard Situations: Actively resolving delivery or processing
issues, requiring flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a strong drive to follow through
to completion.

Requirements:

● Language Skills: We are currently seeking candidates for 4 different language
combinations (Czech is an advantage for all positions):

1. English (min. C1)
2. English (C1) + Spanish (C1)
3. English (C1) + French (C1)
4. English (C1) + Portuguese (C1)

● Experience with B2B order processing and related logistics.
● Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Power BI is an advantage.
● Attention to detail, ownership mindset, proactive approach, and adaptability in a 
dynamic environment.
