Junior Lawyer – International & Offshore

We are looking for a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our clients international legal team and support the Group’s legal activities across multiple jurisdictions. This role is suitable for a junior legal professional who is interested in developing expertise and career in international business, financial services, and offshore structures and trading.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior legal colleagues, Compliance, Finance, management, external law firms, and corporate service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal and corporate matters for companies operating across multiple international and offshore jurisdictions.
• Assist with company incorporations, restructurings, liquidations, and other corporate changes.
• Prepare and review corporate documentation, including board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and other standard corporate documents.
• Assist with changes of directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, registered offices, and other corporate information.
• Monitor corporate renewals, statutory filings, deadlines, and other corporate obligations across Group entities.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and other legal documentation.
• Support the preparation and review of service agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, affiliate and Introducing Broker agreements, partnership agreements, vendor agreements, technology agreements, and intercompany agreements.
• Conduct legal research relating to corporate, commercial, regulatory, and international legal matters.
• Support legal matters relating to financial services, Forex, fintech and, where relevant, crypto and digital assets.
• Assist with legal research and documentation required for expansion into new markets and jurisdictions.
• Cooperate with Compliance on regulatory and licensing matters.
• Communicate and coordinate with external law firms, corporate service providers, registered agents, and local legal advisors.
• Assist with identifying legal risks and escalate relevant matters to senior legal colleagues or management.
• Support legal assessments of new projects, products, business models, and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain and regularly update corporate and contractual documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of legal entities, contracts, powers of attorney, key deadlines, and corporate obligations.
• Help ensure that legal documentation and corporate records are properly organized, maintained, and accessible.
• Provide general legal and administrative support to the Legal department as required.
• The main geographical focus of the role will be the UAE, Seychelles, and Mauritius.

Requirements

• University degree in Law or currently completing the final stage of legal studies.
• Up to 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in legal, corporate, commercial, regulatory, or financial services matters.
• Interest in corporate, commercial, international, or financial services law.
• Basic understanding of corporate law and commercial contracts.
• Strong interest in international companies, corporate structures, and offshore jurisdictions.
• Ability to prepare and review legal and corporate documentation with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak is required.
• Very good written and spoken English, with an interest in developing strong legal English.
• Good legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Responsible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic international environment.
• Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
