We are part of the international Tsubaki Group – a leading supplier of premium components and solutions for the automotive industry. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our TACZ (Tsubaki.cz) team, who will take charge of key accounts, help us develop business activities, and actively seek new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Account Management: Comprehensive management of relationships with customers and suppliers within the Tsubaki.cz (TACZ) group.
• Consultative Sales: Finding optimal technical and commercial solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Strategy Implementation: Preparation and execution of marketing and sales strategies with an emphasis on timely project completion.
• Process Development: Implementing and updating sales and marketing systems to streamline communication, internal processes, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Cooperation: Active participation in company strategic activities and close cooperation with other departments.

Requirements

• Automotive Experience: Deep understanding of the automotive industry (min. 3 years of experience).
• APQP Knowledge: Proven experience with APQP methodology (min. 5 years).
• Language Skills: Fluent English at B2 level for daily business and technical communication.
• Personal Attributes: Strategic and analytical thinking, drive, responsibility, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Mobility: Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel.
