International real estate DEVELOPER well established on the Czech market is searching for a Researcher with bit of analytical mind to join their dynamic team. Your core responsibility will be to support commercial real estate sales team while monitoring the real-estate market, preparing proposals and visualizations for B2B clients.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

· Data processing and analysis of a real-estate market

· Monitoring of a real estate market (e.g. browsing real estate channels, reading various articles, reports about commercial real estate)

· Participating on a meetings with clients to create proposals and follow ups

· Attending various real-estate focused conferences

· Support the rest of the sales team and report directly to a Team Manager

As a suitable candidate, you DO NOT NEED to have any previous experience in real estate, however you should be interested in this dynamic, vivant segment. We are searching for someone with a creative mind and bit of analytical approach (excel- pivot tables, filters, basic functions), good eye for a detail, communication skills and ability to research information and work with it.

Since the official language of the company is English and some of their clients are non-czech speakers, you should have at least upper-intermediate level of English.
