In 2022, we opened a modern fulfilment and production centre in Bor near Tachov, serving our European markets. In addition to warehousing and distribution, the site also includes poster production and printing operations. We continue to grow, develop new projects, and expand our capabilities. We are now looking for an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to take responsibility for managing and further developing our operations.

We are looking for a strong and experienced leader who can combine effective day-to-day operational management with the long-term development of the site.

In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the warehousing, logistics, and production operations at our site in Bor. You will lead a team of operations leaders, work with key performance indicators, and actively identify ways to improve the efficiency, quality, and stability of the entire operation.

You will be joining a fast-paced international e-commerce environment where decisions are made quickly, data drives decision-making, and we continuously look for new and better ways of working.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing and developing the day-to-day warehousing, logistics, and production operations at our site, including key systems such as the WMS and production platform
• Leading, supporting, and developing a team of operations leaders and, through them, the wider operational teams
• Ensuring that agreed KPIs for productivity, quality, costs, safety, and on-time order processing are met
• Planning capacity, staffing levels, and resource allocation based on current and forecast volumes
• Managing the operational budget, monitoring costs, and implementing measures to maintain effective cost control
• Analysing operational data, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and taking appropriate action
• Establishing, standardising, and optimising processes across warehousing and production
• Leading projects focused on automation, digitalisation, AI, and the continued development of our operations
• Ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety standards, internal policies, and operating procedures
• Collaborating closely with teams and departments across the business in both the Czech Republic and Sweden
• Preparing regular performance reports, presenting results, and making recommendations to senior management
• Actively contributing to the long-term strategy and continued development of our site in Bor

Who are we looking for?

• You have several years of experience managing warehousing, logistics, fulfilment, manufacturing, or similarly complex operations
• You have proven experience leading people across multiple teams
• You can combine strategic thinking with hands-on management of day-to-day operations
• You are confident working with operational data, KPIs, reporting, and budgets
• You have experience in capacity planning, process optimisation, and cost management
• You can lead change and manage projects from the initial proposal through to successful implementation
• You are decisive, self-driven, and take ownership of your work and results
• You can prioritise effectively and remain calm in a fast-changing operational environment
• You know how to motivate people, communicate expectations clearly, and support their professional development
• You think analytically, take a solution-oriented approach, and are not afraid to work directly with our on-site operations to understand how things really work.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment on a daily basis
• Experience in e-commerce, a fulfilment centre, or an operation with significant seasonal fluctuations is a strong advantage
