That’s why we are looking for hands-on professionals who can think strategically, communicate clearly, work with data, and stay flexible in a changing environment.

We are now looking for a Regional Manager for the EU region – a practical, commercially minded leader who understands what it takes to manage a region in motion. Someone who combines business acumen with empathy, structure with flexibility, and leadership with personal involvement.

What can you expect in this role?

• Responsibility for the EU region – oversee commercial performance & operations, people, and profitability
• Leadership and development of EU team (Sales, CC, Supply Chain and Technical Team) – guide, support, and develop sales teams across European markets; set clear goals and help people grow through regular feedback and mentoring
• Being close to the business – combining hands-on leadership with a strong business development mindset: actively engaging in key deals, strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and turning strategic initiatives into tangible results across the region.
• Stabilizing and strengthening market presence – navigate shifting conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and help the region stay resilient and relevant
• Strategic planning and execution – design practical, market-aware strategies and translate them into action
• Business development – act on leads, maintain long-term client relationships, and adapt to changing needs
• Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with Marketing, Finance and HR in HQ
• Reporting and insight – monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and present data-based insights to the management team
• External representation – attend industry events and represent the company with credibility

Who are we looking for?

• A commercial practitioner with hands-on experience in B2B sales
• Skilled in leading teams, mentoring people, and managing performance
• Capable of combining strategic thinking with practical execution
• Comfortable with P&L responsibility, data-driven decisions, and operational oversight
• Fluent in Czech and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Ideally with experience in technical products or renewable energy
• Someone who is resilient, flexible, structured, and communicative – a true leader by example
