As a Night Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service, whether they are arriving late after a long journey or checking out before sunrise.

What will you do?

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services throughout the night
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues with confidence and care
• Complete daily night audit procedures and support smooth overnight hotel operations
• Handle reservations, payments, cash, and credit card transactions accurately
• Promote hotel services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming lobby environment
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure outstanding service standards
• Share relevant guest feedback and operational updates with the Front Office leadership team

Who are we looking for?

• A positive, friendly, and guest-oriented personality
• Good communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Confidence working independently during night shifts
• Previous customer service or hotel experience is an advantage
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional even during busy periods
