TO SUMMARIZE IT:

Your main responsibilities:

• Selling of high-standard apartments within newly developing residential complex
• Providing clients with professional advice and presenting them the project
• Preparation of legal documents together with company law team (from the reservation contract till contract of purchase)
• Lead meetings with potential clients as well as price negotiations to close the contract
• Preparation of proposals and offers for clients
• Cooperating with real estate units
• Presentation and negotiation of letting contract conditions
• Market research – monitoring of competitors, new developments etc.
• Communication with marketing department
• Elaboration of simple analyses and report preparation
• Database updating

The RESIDENTIAL SALES CONSULTANT will ideally have a university degree; experience in sales of residential properties is advantage. You should not lack a motivation to learn and develop your skill and have passion for a business.

Since you will be facing clients on everyday basis you should have very good communication and organisational skills.
Excellent spoken and written Czech/ Slovak and English is also essential as most of the clients are non-Czech speakers.
