SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLING

We are looking for a senior controller who owns the finances of a company — not a project controller. You will be responsible for the full P&L and balance sheet of legal entities within the group. If your experience is limited to individual projects or cost centres, this position is not the right fit.

Key responsibilities:

You prepare internal reporting based on accounting data and period-end closes – including monthly and quarterly outputs for individual divisions
You produce financial analysis and supporting materials for the finance and tax function
You own cash flow management and treasury across the group's service companies
You work directly with the CFO on consolidated group reporting, planning and strategic decision-making
You administer lease agreements and bank accounts
You run cost controlling and reconciliation for development projects and operating budgets
You actively identify and propose improvements to financial and control processes
You ensure financial processes comply with internal policies and external regulation
You review accounting records and coordinate reporting with our external accounting firm, including optimisation proposals

What we expect from you:

University degree in finance, accounting or a related field
Min. 5 years' experience in financial management or controlling – reporting, budgeting, financial analysis
Solid practical knowledge of IFRS
Independence, a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Precision, structure and a strong sense of ownership
Advanced Excel and confident use of other IT tools
Fluent Czech, spoken and written – you will work with our external accounting firm and across divisions
Professional-level English is essential – you will use it daily in communication and documentation
