Our Front Office Team

The Front Office Team is at the heart of the guest experience at Andaz Prague. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the team plays a crucial role in creating memorable stays through personalized service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. Working closely with all hotel departments, the Front Office Team ensures seamless guest experiences while embodying the Andaz spirit of creativity, authenticity, and care. As a Front Office Host, you will become part of a dynamic and guest-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a lifestyle hotel environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and service-oriented Front Office Host to join our Front Office Team.

You will be responsible for creating outstanding arrival and departure experiences, assisting guests throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects the unique Andaz hospitality experience. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to connect with guests from around the world and make a lasting impression through personalized service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Process payments, billing transactions, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Verify guest documentation and comply with local regulations and Hyatt policies.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and experiences while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and services.
• Ensure guest preferences are recognized and utilized to personalize each stay.

What We Are Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, hotels, or premium restaurants is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.

Additional Information

This is a guest-facing operational role based at the Front Office and lobby areas of the hotel.

Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays to ensure exceptional service for our guests at all times.
