We are looking for a candidate for the following position on behalf of our client:

Sales Manager CEE (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary)

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive sales performance and business growth across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape the regional sales strategy, develop high-performing teams and build long-term partnerships with key customers. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the sales organization across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, ensuring strong commercial performance and sustainable growth.
• Define and execute the regional sales strategy in line with the company's overall business objectives.
• Coach, mentor and develop Sales Team Leaders and Key Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic business partners.
• Lead major commercial negotiations and support the sales team in managing strategic customer opportunities.
• Set, monitor and evaluate sales targets, budgets and KPIs, ensuring effective performance management and accurate business reporting.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to maximize the impact of campaigns, trade fairs and industry events.
• Represent the company at key customer meetings, industry conferences and professional events, strengthening the company's market presence.
• Collaborate closely with the international leadership team to drive regional initiatives and contribute to the company's long-term business strategy.

• A senior sales leader with a proven track record of leading multi-country or regional B2B sales teams, ideally within a technical, industrial or manufacturing environment.

• A hands-on manager who is comfortable balancing strategic leadership with active involvement in day-to-day sales activities whenever needed.
• A highly accountable professional who takes ownership of business performance, team development and long-term growth.
• An excellent communicator with fluent English and Czech, confident working in an international environment on a daily basis.
• Someone willing to travel regularly across the region.
