📍 Location: Prague office in Brumlovka
💰 Salary: 37,000 CZK + bonus up to 25%

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of SMB partners and develop their business in line with growth strategies and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and partner sales teams
• Proactively identify, develop and close new SMB business opportunities
• Engage with partners to uncover customer projects, identify sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
• Drive opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from identification to closure
• Provide product, solution and portfolio guidance across the technology partner's offerings
• Educate partners on products, solutions, programs and value propositions
• Support partners with pricing and other sales-related requests
• Follow up on SMB leads generated through marketing activities and convert them into revenue
• Communicate campaigns, events, webinars and enablement activities to partners
• Support partner marketing and co-marketing activities
• Work with partners to drive revenue through targeted campaigns, opportunity management and customer acquisition
• Monitor partner performance, forecasting and business development activities
• Respond to partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner and coordinate with internal resources when needed
• Use digital platforms, Smart Tools and sales resources to improve partner productivity and business development

Requirements:

• native Czech language
• Very good / fluent English – you will work under international management based in Barcelona
• Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B or partner sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and business-oriented mindset
• Goal-oriented approach and motivation to achieve sales targets
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Good understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Good data literacy and ability to use business insights to support sales decisions
• CV must be submitted in English
