Customer Development Salesperson

About the position
INNPRO is a major European distributor of consumer electronics, smart home, hobby and sports equipment. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we cooperate with leading retail and specialized partners and our portfolio includes a number of established and growing brands.

We are looking for a new member to join our sales team to help us develop customers , work with new partners, and support the launch of smaller brands and seasonal products.

This is not an administration or a call center. This is active business work that combines communication, understanding customer needs, and working with an attractive portfolio of modern products.

What will be your task?

• development of customer relationships in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• working with new partners and helping with their first orders
• understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
• support for smaller brands and seasonal categories with growth potential
• preparation of offers, monitoring of demands and active development of business opportunities
• cooperation with the product and marketing team to launch new products and technologies on the market

Who are we looking for?

• a communicative businessman who enjoys working with people
• a person who is not afraid of taking the initiative and can conduct a professional conversation
• someone with experience in business (ideally distribution, retail, electrical, IT or hobby segment)
• an independent and reliable personality who can take responsibility
• It is not necessary to be a technical expert — business acumen and the ability to understand the customer are more important
• English at a communicative level (we are an international company with headquarters and branches abroad)
