Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• lead and manage the quality department to ensure compliance with customer and company quality requirements
• maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate customer and third-party certification audits
• manage customer complaints, quality claims, and corrective and preventive actions
• monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• oversee APQP, PPAP, ISIR, and customer approval activities for new product launches
• establish, monitor, and report quality KPIs, including PPM and quality cost metrics
• lead, coach, and develop the quality team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• cooperate closely with production, engineering, logistics, purchasing, sales, and headquarters
• prepare quality reports and customer documentation
• implement 3S & 5S initiatives and promote quality awareness throughout the organization
• ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• submit your CV in English
• university degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar leadership role
• experience in automotive manufacturing (Tier 1 preferred)
• strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• experience with APQP, PPAP, ISIR, FMEA, and automotive core tools
• experience in customer quality management and quality audits
• fluent English
• proficient in Microsoft Office
• strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• proactive and hands-on approach

• salary range: CZK 60,000–65,000, depending on experience
