Summary of Position
Join our Global HR Shared Services Center as an HR SSC Operations Specialist – a pivotal role within our centralized, world-class HR operations team. Based in our Prague hub, you'll be at the heart of delivering seamless, high-quality HR services across multiple countries and regions.

You'll manage critical employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring data integrity across our enterprise HR systems. Working alongside HR Business Partners, Payroll specialists, and Centers of Excellence, you'll contribute to continuous process improvement and help build scalable HR solutions that support our growing international footprint.

Essential Functions

• HR Transaction Processing: Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational changes in HRIS. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, documentation, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Inquiry Management: Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries via ticketing system. Provide accurate information on HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Support onboarding document collection and offboarding exit processing. Coordinate system access and deactivation tasks.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Generate standard HR reports and support data audits. Assist with data cleanup and quality improvement initiatives.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create, maintain, and update HR process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. Manage and enhance the HR knowledge base to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is available for employees and HR team members. Develop FAQs, job aids, and training materials. Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in process standardization initiatives.

Requirements

Must have Experience/Skills:

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Completed High-school Education
• 0-2 years in HR administration, customer service, or administrative support role

Nice to have Experience/Skills:

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
• Familiarity with HR ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService, Zendesk)
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Second language skills (German, French, Spanish, or other regional language)
• Experience in multinational or shared services environment
• Basic understanding of HR compliance and data privacy (GDPR)
• Completed University Education - Bachelors Degree (Preffered Area of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field)
• Experience in multinational corporations
• Shared services center experience preferred
• Technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or financial services industries is a plus
