At UFI Filters, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious purchasing professional who wants to make a real impact on business results, supplier relationships and procurement strategy.

You may already be an experienced Purchasing Manager, or you may be a Senior Buyer or Commodity Buyer ready for your first management role. If you have strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking and the drive to lead purchasing activities in a dynamic international environment, we would like to hear from you.

What will you do?

Lead purchasing activities for UFI Filters Czech Republic.
Develop and implement local purchasing strategies aligned with global business objectives.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage supplier contracts.
Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Support sourcing activities for packaging commodity across European UFI plants.
Monitor market trends, cost drivers and supply risks.
Collaborate closely with the EMEA Purchasing organization and local management team.
Contribute to operational excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?
University degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supplier management within automotive or manufacturing environment.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance cost, quality and supply reliability.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Confidence in working with suppliers and cross-functional international teams.
Ambition to grow into a leadership role and take ownership of business results.
