Customer Service Specialist with German/ Full time/ Prague

Our client is an international company operating in fashion and consumer goods industry. Due to a team change, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support B2B order management and customer communication across European markets.

Contract Type: Fixed-term employment contract until 30 April 2027

Location: Prague (Holešovice)

Working Hours: Full-time

Start Day: Immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and managing B2B customer orders
• Monitoring orders throughout the entire order cycle, from order entry to invoicing
• Communicating with customers primarily via email
• Handling customer requests and complaints
• Working with customer portals and internal systems
• Cooperating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluency in German (B1 level) and either Czech or English language skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Proactive and reliable approach to work
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, or administration is an advantage but not required
