GROUP COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER

For our client, a stable and successful international company operating across multiple European markets, we are looking for an experienced Group Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Manager.

This is a newly defined, highly visible role combining Compensation & Benefits expertise, HR systems ownership and process improvement. You will help shape the company’s reward framework, develop employee benefits across Europe and drive the effective use of HR technologies.

Your responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Develop and continuously improve the total rewards framework across Europe.
• Analyse salary benchmark data from providers such as WTW, Korn Ferry or Mercer.
• Support salary reviews, pay structures, job grading, market positioning and internal equity analyses.
• Participate in the design and administration of short-term and long-term incentive plans.
• Support executive remuneration, compensation reporting and Remuneration Committee materials.
• Develop and benchmark employee benefit programmes across multiple European countries.
• Manage benefit providers, tenders, negotiations, renewals and implementation.
• Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation and benefits topics.

HRIS & Process Improvement

• Act as a key HRIS administrator and subject matter expert.
• Maintain and improve system workflows, approvals, forms and HR processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and simplification.
• Support the implementation, testing and integration of new HRIS functionalities.
• Cooperate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors.
• Improve data flows between HR systems, payroll providers and other business applications.

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of salary benchmarking, job grading, incentive plans and executive remuneration.
• Practical experience with market data providers such as WTW, Korn Ferry or Mercer.
• Experience managing employee benefits across multiple countries.
• Previous responsibility as a key user or administrator of Workday, HiBob, SuccessFactors or a comparable HR system.
• Strong interest in HR technology, automation and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
• Fluent English and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

This role is particularly suitable for someone who has personally designed or materially managed reward frameworks, rather than only supported them as part of a broader HR generalist position.
