Independent Sales Representative (Commercial Agent)

For our client, a Czech manufacturer of technical polyurethane (PUR) components, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Independent Sales Representative (Commercial Agent) to develop business activities in international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively search for new business opportunities in your assigned region (DACH, Benelux, France, Italy, Scandinavia, the UK and Ireland)
• Find and develop cooperation with new B2B customers
• Present the company's technical polyurethane solutions
• Organize and lead business meetings with customers
• Build long-term business relationships and manage your customer portfolio
• Work closely with the manufacturer's sales and technical teams when preparing quotations and projects
• Identify new projects and opportunities for both product development and serial production
• Regularly share information about the market, competitors, and new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Self-employed or operating through your own sales company
• Proven experience in B2B sales within an industrial or technical sector
• An active network of contacts with decision-makers in your assigned region
• Experience in project sales and acquiring new customers
• Ability to work independently and build long-term business relationships
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Good knowledge of the local market and fluency in the local language
• Experience in one or more of the following industries is an advantage: automotive, railway and bus industry, aerospace, energy, defence, medical technology, industrial manufacturing, manufacturers of plastic or PUR components, seating and interior manufacturers, suppliers of equipment for public buildings, transport infrastructure, or office spaces
