Target of Position
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the company's entire marketing and communications. This encompasses defining the strategic and content-related direction of marketing activities and the marketing mix — aligned with the Group companies - as well as developing and refining global marketing strategies and concepts. A further key focus is increasing brand awareness by communicating a strong, consistent brand message across all channels.

Additional Roles
Creating Group Marketing standards, guidelines and benchmarks and acting as interface between the Reinsberg Group companies.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the conceptualization, management, and execution of all advertising and communication activities (e.g., social media, SEO, website, PR, trade fairs, promotional materials, advertisements, presentations, Group brochures, etc.)
• Creation of media content, images, and product/corporate videos
• Budgeting for marketing activities at Reinsberg Group and aligning across the Group
• Development, maintenance, optimization, and strategic evolution of the Reinsberg Group website
• Performance measurement and monitoring of online activities
• Creating Group marketing guidelines and best practices and aligning and executing with Group companies
• Planning, organization, and execution of Reinsberg Group trade fairs (e.g., WHX) and aligning on RG activities in national/local fairs
• Supporting Group companies in preparation of product brochures as well as other marketing tools and activities
• Conceptualization and development of creative marketing initiatives across digital and print channels
• Analysis of market and competitor activities as well as customer feedback

Know How

• Studies of Marketing or adequate experience of min. 3 years
• Exposure in MedTech
• Content Management
• MS Office
• English verbally and in writing
• Self organized and confident

Experience

• Professional - Marketing mix management in B2B and Exposure to MedTech wishful
• Leadership - Able to interface thoroughly with marketing of Group companies
• Inter Cultural Experience - Ideally some cross-European exposure
• Project Management - Basic skills
